一些MKV檔無法播放的問題

比特數位您好:

在下是貴公司產品的忠實顧客,
從ZP-520T就已開始使用迄今,
今年趁著好市多特價,
推廌親友共買了5台的藍光影視錄PVR2.
(覺得自己好像變成業代了)

可以感受新機的便利與強悍功能,
不過有兩個MKV檔,無論是新舊機,都是有聲無影.
(新機有聲有字幕,但無影)

這兩個檔案分別是玩具總動員3 720P 與 劍雨720P,
檔案都只在5G以下,電腦都可以放;
PVR2韌體也是最新的1.97版.

不曉得有類似問題,
與相關解決方案嗎?

因為其中一位親戚,就是衝著玩具總動員3而買,
但現在檔案卻不能播,
實在對她很不好意思..

您好，原定於1/7上線的IBT-1283PVR韌體1.99版，因檔案異常而暫時無法下載，待上班時間工程人員重新上傳，即可下載更新韌體，並取得新的檔案支援格式：『mkvmerge v4.2.0』，請您耐心等候，謝謝。

更新韌體1.99後,
都可以看了!

字幕問題也解決,關機後重看(重新播放)也ok^^
